This project represents my personal processing of the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Self-imposed lockdown led to months of panic, listlessness, distraction, anxiety, boredom, and loneliness. The name "Acedia" comes from Greek, originally the spiritual sin of slothfulness. More recently, it's described as a constellation of feelings stemming from the spatial and social restrictions of a solitary lifestyle.
